Candice manages key account relationships and explores new business applications for Luminosity’s research and media techniques, helping clients leverage the power of information in their marketing strategies. In the constantly changing landscape of the marketing world, Candice’s knowledge of cutting edge technologies and analysis methods enables clients to make timely, targeted and creative decisions.
Prior to joining Luminosity, Candice worked in all aspects of market research – study design, questionnaire writing, software design, sample, analysis and reporting. Previous clients include People Magazine, Kaiser Permanente, M&T Bank, AARP, Harris Teeter, LIMRA, LEK Consulting and The ServiceMaster Family of Brands. Candice also spent time working with an organizational design and leadership coaching firm to design assessments and survey technologies for use in helping client companies develop their employee base and design better organizational structures. By using her communication, research and development skills across business focuses, Candice has honed her ability to quickly analyze complex business issues and propose creative solutions to clients in any sector.
Candice received her M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Puget Sound and additional research training from the Burke Institute. Candice also holds the Professional Researcher Certificate from the Marketing Research Association. In her free time, she can be found exploring unique cultures and landscapes around the world or making hand-made chocolate truffles from a secret family recipe.
