Job Description
Research websites to find audience profiles, circulation/traffic info, costs and media closing dates.  Participate in agency brainstorming sessions.  Maintain media kit files.  Update charts and graphs for presentations.  Match invoices for television buys.  File insertion orders, purchase authorizations and client correspondence.  Intern would also be expected to perform other general office duties such as copying, faxing, errands, setting up for meetings, restocking snack bar, answering phones, etc. Luminosity is a small firm and the media intern will have the opportunity to learn from both senior leadership and recent college graduates.

Required Skills
Must be comfortable conducting online research.  Word and Excel Required.  PowerPoint a plus.  Professional phone skills, quantitative prowess and strong attention to detail expected.  Only seniors from top schools who can demonstrate superior intellectual capacity will be considered.  Applicants studying a related field such as marketing, advertising, statistics, or economics preferred.
